They delivered a Sierra Pacific new home window and door package to McPherson Kansas. Our warehouse is in Wichita and they were easy to deal with. Fast, very friendly guys, loaded everything with intendance, handled every with great care and no damage when they unloaded.

Hired 2 Men And a Truck to motility us out of Topeka well-nigh an hour abroad. They did a bang-up job! Very professional and worked extremely difficult on a hot, hot day. No issues with any impairment. They were very accommodating to our belatedly changing needs. Highly recommend!!!!

They were fast, careful and friendly. Moved each item like it was drinking glass. They asked where each piece of furniture went in the new location. Unwrapped everything that they wrapped. They are strictly professional person movers. This visitor is an excellent choice. I will get them again.

Very efficient and they actually just use ii men. When I used their services I moved from a two bedroom dwelling with all the fixings. They got the job done! Were on fourth dimension and courteous. I had no issues with this visitor.

I have used 2 Men and a Truck 3 times! Unlike other moving companies, their estimates for both moves were spot on. And- look for it- non a single item broken or damaged. They are just the best and their prices are competitive. I recommend them to everyone I know who is moving.

I had Ii Men and A Truck move a fridge into my home on 2/xix/22. They pulled a piece of my hardwood floor up and broke it in the process. I filed a claim with a film of the impairment and accept had no response even after several emails and calls. They practise not take responsibility for property damage.

We used Two Men and a Truck, located in Raleigh NC to move u.s.. The employees broke and damaged our property, damaged the floors and walls of our new home. They were very unprofessional and apparently did not work well together and our property suffered the consequences. In that location was a discrepancy with the time billed and we were given a discount of $145 which was equivalent to one hr of service.
Nosotros were also told to file a claim with their claims dept for the damage done. I assumed these were ii carve up problems and was wrong. Jennifer the claims supervisor told me in a very cavalier tone that considering we were given a discount, we couldn't be reimbursed for the damage their employees acquired to our belongings and gain to tell me nigh another imaginary discount we were given! This particular franchise is very deceptive in their dealings, arrogant, unsympathetic and rude. Delight practise not use this company. At that place are much improve moving companies. We didn't do our enquiry and we paid the price.

Based on my experience, each chapter may exist dissimilar: The positive: movers were nice & on fourth dimension. Negatives: This was the nigh expensive and inefficient professional move I've e'er had out of dozens-- and the one we (customers) did the most work on, packing and carrying many carloads of items ourselves that got left behind, rehiring the visitor for a 2nd solar day to finish, etc.)
We were overcharged in two ways, had trouble communicating to fix (though ultimately got it fixed). Lead on crew had illness/seizure (and so sorry for him, plain not his fault), but we had to call medics and he had to leave... It all delayed the move a lot and we had to terminate with 2 men but paid for iii. (I eventually got that sorted out but it wasn't easy.) No apologies, aught offered. Military discount promised was non on invoice (I somewhen got that sorted out just it wasn't easy.)
Many communications issues: many carloads of items were left behind. Comforters, pillows, kitchen items (kitchen was a full pack and move), minor appliances, dishes, sponges, vino glasses inbox, towels, linens, pans, cutting boards, trash cans, boxes we'd packed, a fan in a box, vacuum cleaner, then much. more.
And so that very night, nosotros had to render to the firm and pack our ain cars with items needed for that night, and and then we rehired the company to come back another day! (Fortunately, we were immune back in the business firm!) The company charged us double time for the cease upwardly (2 60 minutes minimum but just took them i hr 15 min), but it would have just taken about 15 minutes total and very little actress $ for them to have finished the original movement correctly. So expensive! The finish up move was over $400.
After multiple communications, the only thing offered after fixing the mistakes was the manager took off an extra $20 fuel surcharge for the 2d movement.
I think what would have been off-white in low-cal of all the issues was not to charge u.s. for the second move that but took an hour simply we got charged for two...and it still would have been an expensive and terrible experience.
We hired professionals to effort to brand the motion quick and easy like then many of my moves in the past. This was an awful, expensive, fourth dimension-consuming experience that spanned days, non including the time spent emailing and on the phone to try to ready things. Peradventure other affiliates are different only I would never employ Two Men and a Truck again, based on this experience, and cannot recommend them.

Upwards forepart this visitor looks skilful - website, the reviews they choose to mail service, estimates. I paid over 1,000$ for a one bedroom condo move in downtown Toronto. The movers arrived late, took one look and said they could not do it. The office had asked me well-nigh items, helped me determine which elevator time slots to book etc. Movers gave us an ultimatum. Nosotros will have either the big stuff or some boxes, not both. Paid for minimum 4 hour move and got less than 2.5 hours. I had to book another truck, rebook both elevators, and practise the remainder of the move myself. Asked for a refund. Not forthcoming. No caring from this company whose slogan is that they care.

When the piece of work was done and the bill was posted to my email, it was approximately $400.00 besides high. I immediately called the visitor and spoke with someone. I went through the bill line past line pointing out the errors. As a result, the bill was lowered $100. Not the $400.00 it should have been lowered. I filed a dispute with American Limited (the method I used to pay for the move) and hope they can resolve this. My warning is to look at your bill line by line. I take been cheated by this company.
